1: What is Klarna Pay later?

Klarna Pay later is a payment service that we use to offer customers the option to shop first and pay later. You will receive your goods first and pay after delivery. You have 30 days to pay for future purchases.

 

2: How do I use Klarna Pay later?

Just shop at Callie and check out as usual. On the checkout page, select Klarna Pay later as the payment method. You will be redirected to Klarna's page to enter more information.

 

3: When do I have to pay for my subsequent Klarna Pay order?

As a rule, you should register with Klarna after receiving the order in order to pay. If you have not received your goods and would like to postpone your invoice, please contact Klarna customer service here or use the function in the Klarna app.

4: What should I do if I want to return something?

Just follow our return policy. You can find it here. https://uk.callie.com/returns-policy We also recommend that you mark your order as returned in the Klarna app once you have handed the package over to the post office. If you have already paid the entire invoice, Klarna will refund the amount to your account as soon as we have registered your return. If you have not paid your invoice, the invoice will be canceled or updated once we receive the return package.

 

5: Where can I find the payment details? When will I get my bill?

You can find your payment instructions in the email you receive from Klarna shortly after your purchase. You can review your orders at any time by logging into www.klarna.com. Klarna always sends the invoice by email. If you need your invoice again, simply contact Klarna customer service.

6: I have deleted / lost my declaration and would like to have it sent again?

You can register at klarna.com https://app.klarna.com/login log in and see the details. You can also download the declaration as a PDF.

 

7: What if I can't decide on Klarna?

You may be rejected by the Klarna Risk Center and you can contact Klarna Customer Service for help. To contact our customer service, please provide your order number and an error screenshot of the payment.

 

8: I have not received my order. What happens to my bill?

Invoices sent by email via Klarna usually arrive before your order. Use the tracking number provided by Callie to check the status of your delivery. You can report the problem with the Klarna app. Use the \"Report a problem\" option and select \"I didn't receive my delivery\". Once you've reported your issue, Klarna will pause your payment. Or you can ask Klarna customer service for help.

 

9: How do I get my bill?

Klarna will send your invoice via email. You can also view the invoice in the Klarna app or check it online when you log into Klarna. If the invoice is sent by email, it usually arrives before your order. If you need help with your bill, contact Klarna Customer Service.

 

10: I haven't received an invoice. What can I do?

First, make sure your email address is correct. If your email address is incorrect, you may miss your bill. Contact Klarna Customer Service to find your invoice. Second, if your email is correct. Check the spam (trash) folder in your inbox. Sometimes an important email gets lost in spam. Third, you can log into the Klarna app to view all invoices from the last month. If you cannot find the invoice, contact Klarna Customer Service using your Callie order number. They will send you a copy of your invoice and, if necessary, extend the payment period. Since the merchant Callie cannot send you the invoice, you can only use the details given in your Klarna invoice for payment. Note: You can log into the Klarna app with your Callie email or simply use your Klarna account.

 

11: I have already paid my bill. Why did I receive a reminder from Klarna?

In the first step you can check whether the invoice amount has been debited from your bank account and whether the recipient is Klarna. You can also log into the Klarna app and select 'Report a problem' to allow Klarna to pause your bill.
