99-Day Return/Exchange Policy

Callie.com online shop does sell based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. Thus, the quality is guaranteed. We also have a QA team to test products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. It is therefore imperative that you have seen all products’ detailed description on our website before placing your order. Make sure that the details regarding your order need to be correct. The policy begins from the date of delivered.

Your satisfaction is Callie’s top priority. You can place your refund or exchange request if the items don’t meet your wishes within 99 days of the latest estimated delivery date.


About Defective/ Damaged Items Return/Exchange:

If the item is defective/damaged, please notify us immediately via e-mails to begin the return and we will walk you through the process. You may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo along with a clear description of the problems. A refund or an exchange of your purchase are processed within 48 hours. You must place your refund request within 99 days of the latest estimated delivery date.


About the Return Shipping Cost:

Callie will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Callie representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact Callie Customer Support through emails and follow the relevant prompts.


Return Service Procedure:

1. To request a return, please contact our customer service. Your request must be placed within 99 days of the latest estimated delivery date.

2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your e-mail and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.

3. Use the Upload File button to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.


Return Processing Time:

1.Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed.

2.Once the item is received at our warehouse, scanned into inventory, you will be refunded for the item back to your account you required.


Refund Policy:

1.Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.

2.Your refund that has been issued may take 3-5 business days to publish to your payment account.

3.Returned items will be refunded, which does not include shipping costs.
