What is the Callie Points

● Exclusive Point Privileges: Verify your registered email to become our esteemed member and enjoy exclusive point privileges! Every time you place an order, you will receive points proportionate to the order amount. Additionally, after the initial points are online (xx month xx day), your first order will receive extra points as a first-order reward, making your shopping even more affordable! We will continue to add more benefits so that you can enjoy more surprises and joy for your shopping experience! Stay tuned!

● Get Points upon arrival: After you successfully received the order, the system will automatically issue points to your account so that you can use the points discount immediately for your next purchase! Please note that in order to ensure the unique value of points, we do not support transferring points between different sites and users. This means that the points you have will be a shopping benefit exclusively for you!

● Points Inquiry: Entering Account Center -> My Points, you can view your available points balance, pending points balance, and detailed points history. This helps you keep track of your points balance at any time and allow you to plan and utilize your points better.

How to Get Callie Points

● By purchasing products on the Callie website, you can get points based on the actual paid amount for the products. For eligible products, users can get points proportionate to the payment amount for every £1.00 spent (excluding shipping fees). After completing the payment, you can check the pending points in the Account Center -> My Points.

● After completed the purchase, the corresponding points of the order will be credited as pending points. Once the order is successfully delivered, the pending points will be automatically transferred to the user's available points balance. If there are any first-order reward points, they will be issued along with the order points after successful delivery.

● In case of a refund, if the entire order is refunded or partially refunded before the order is delivered, the pending points for the entire order will be canceled. However, if a refund or partial refund is made after the order is delivered, the points will not be canceled, excluding malicious refund orders.

● If an order is eligible for first-order reward and a full refund or partial refund occurs before the order is confirmed as delivered, the eligibility for first-order reward points will be retained for the next order.

How to Use Callie Points

● Once the points are credited, they can be used to deduct the order amount when purchasing products on the Callie website. The redemption rate is 10 points for £0.1, and the range of deduction includes the purchase amount, greeting cards, shipping fees, and price differences. After using points for deduction, the minimum amount to pay is £1.00.

● In case of a full refund or partial refund, the corresponding points will be refunded to the user's account based on the proportion of the actual refund amount to the total order amount.

● Each Callie site operates independently, and the available points balance on your current site can only be used for purchasing products on this site.

Callie Points Expiration Rules

● Callie Points are reset to zero once a year. Points earned before June 30th 23:59:59 of the current year (based on the time the points are credited) will expire on December 31st 23:59:59 of the same year. Points earned after July 1st 00:00:00 of the current year (based on the time the points are credited) will expire on December 31st 23:59:59 of the following year. Please use your points before they expire to avoid any negative impact on your benefits.

● In the event of a refund for an order where points were used for redemption, if the returned points have already expired, they will be considered invalid. The record of expired points can be viewed in "My Points - Points History".

● To ensure fairness and integrity of our points program, we follow the principle of fair use. This means that we are determined to eliminate any fraudulent or abusive behavior that may undermine the fairness and integrity of points program. If any cheating, fraudulent redemption, or false transactions are detected, the user will have their points earning eligibility revoked, and any points obtained through such violations will be deducted from their account. Additionally, in case of severe violations, we reserve the right to ban the associated account from placing orders.

● As the points program evolves or in response to changing circumstances, Callie may update the terms and conditions of the points program. Any modifications or updates will be communicated to users through various channels, such as website announcements or email notifications. This ensures that users are aware of any changes that may affect their participation in the points program.

● The points terms and conditions are formulated by the Callie website, and Callie reserves the ultimate right to interpret these terms and conditions!
